impossible to get in contact with the social workers. The front desk will continue to transfer you all over the place just to end up at someone's voicemail. I was calling to check the status of a loved ones discharge ! The only person I was able to speak to after calling 10 times was front desk security ! Not a nurse , not a social worker.. no one that could possibly give me the information i needed.

I went to visit a patient and I was highly disappointmented in the treatment of that patient. From what I’ve seen , the nurses neglects the patients needs. For instance I asked for a diaper change several times , till someone finally decided to show up. Another patient nearby also complained to me that the nurse takes a long time to give their medicine. That is very concerning to me . You leave your trust in these people to take care of your loved ones , and they don’t even take care of the basic needs . Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible nursing home. Does not take care of the elderly patients there at all . They neglect them and the staff is rude. Nurses seems like they don’t want to work. You ask them for something and it takes them couple of hours to get to you if they feel like helping you . It’s a disgusting place , you’re better off going somewhere else . Deserves 0 stars !! 1 star is too kind!

If you care about your loved ones, then don’t send them here. This was my first experience with a nursing home and I’m unsure if this is the norm but I would never want to die in one if it is. Here is my story: My dad was admitted here for 17 days for short-term rehabilitation due to diminishing ability to walk because of his terminal illness. Immediately from the get-go, we noticed a lot of issues. When he would poop, they would leave him in his poop for 1-2 hours and not change him (apparent when we saw the severe diaper rash when we got home). He also is on a pureed diet and needs his medicine mashed up, and they gave him his medicine whole. When he couldn’t swallow it, they just left it on him for hours and didn’t follow up. He also was experiencing extreme pain and they didn’t give pain medicine ONCE. For me, what took it over the edge is that they accused him of having the flu without doing any proper test. The man has terminal illness and sometimes he will cough a lot due to the disease. He also had no fever and instead of giving him any sort of medicine to relieve the tension, they didn’t do anything. Although the physical and occupational therapist we worked with were wonderful, he didn’t really receive enough therapy but that was fine given that the disease has completely taken over at this point. Finally, the cherry on top, when we were discharged we were never given a bag with his medicine or any diapers or anything. We have also lost clothes at this facility (not a big deal but just adding to the list of issues). It takes a lot for me to get upset and I try to be understanding but there are limits and I’m going to write a formal complaint as well. The only good thing about this place is the wonderful social worker we worked with and also the security guards who were so kind and welcoming.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
