  Terrible....you must call front desk then your floor for assistance, not equipped for open heart patients. No meds when scheduled. Not equipped for any care filthy , this place needs to be looked into & reported. DO NOT SEND LOVE ONE'S HERE, THEY WILL SUFFER

  Everything is alright the only thing I would say is when visiting family members security staff might ask you not to stay in the lobby for too long or not to speak to employees which I thought was not polite as a football coach myself , the cna gets frustrated if I visit for too long in my mothers room. As far as her care it’s good from what I’ve seen I would suggest just keeping immediate family more updated as far as changes in her care.
