  I will say I had a great experience everyone was kind respectful it was very clean, the anesthesiologist explained everything to me as we went along as the other workers did the same. They asked the questions that was needed to be. I was in and out in a timely manner. I definitely will be going back there again. Well Einstein is my hospital and doctors anyway, but I would not be going there if it wasn't a five star. I love Einstein Jefferson

  Although some of my doctors at Einstein Jefferson are very good, the hospital is definitely on the decline since merging with Jefferson. I have had problems with getting appointments and/or doctor offices not returning phone calls. Many clerks, at the reception desk are very rude and unprofessional. The billing department is awful. They constantly send you statements for co-pays that you’ve already paid, and then will send you to collections, even if you tell them you’ve already paid. I’m tired of sending proof of payment because now it’s costing me extra money. I have filed a grievance twice regarding this matter, as well as talked to the Patient Advocacy department to no avail. Einstein do better!!

  Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital is a friendly and diversed hospital. The customer service has been rather pleasant each time I go in every department. Service is given in a decent of manner of time, as well. They will try to do their best to solve any issues or problems you are having to facilitate contentment. I will be honest and say there are some departments in which the receptionist just let the phone ring when you call. Then there are some who rush you off the phone especially if it's a Friday and get the details of the call wrong.
