Absolutely rude. I called to donate some items to veterans this man answers the phone. He’s arrogant at what he’s answering me. What hello and just arrogant like who answers the phone like that and you’re supposed to be representing for veterans it’s total disrespect so I’m waiting back to hear from somebody because I was trying to donate but I will try somewhere else..
