My first night was a nightmare, but each day going forward has ended on a positive note. I am taking it one day at a time. The nursing staff is pleasant and friendly.

We recently moved my mother from an area assistant living to Fairpark due to her decline in health. I don’t know if it’s a new environment, the social interaction, or meds given correctly where they weren’t before… but mom is a completely different person since arriving at Fairpark less than a wk ago. She’s laughing, talking, coloring, conversing, etc. She hasn’t done any of that in 6-8months. She told me the bed was better, she loves her roommates, the food is ALOT better, and the staff is very sweet to her. I also observed staff from kitchen, CNA’s, to nurses all interacting with residents and being super sweet and joking around with many of them. You can tell they love the residents and go the extra mile to make them happy. The transition from one facility to the other was very difficult regarding the other facility refusing to cooperate. Fairpark went above and beyond to make it happen quickly and smoothly for us. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to put mom at Fairpark

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
