The Center at Parmer is fantastic! The nurses don’t make me wait for a pain pill, but are supportive when I wanted to decrease my usage and space out my doses. The CNAs are excellent! They provide supplies, keep my room clean, and support me in my efforts to regain my independence! The Center at Parmer has an excellent gym and therapy department! PT/OT encouraged me to learn skills to increase my strength, balance, and flexibility. The kitchen staff made food that was tasty and nutritious. Not gourmet, but hearty and varied. All the staff treated me as a person, not just as one of many! I highly recommend The Center at Parmer!

I am rehabbing at the Center of Palmer . I have to commend one of the nurse assistant’s Delfina who’s been so very very helpful and kind to me. For example, I didn’t have a charger and she went around and asked to borrow one for me. She had been so nice to those other people that they gave her the charger to give to me. That may not sound like a big deal, but all my family live out of state. She was the only one in the five days that asked if I needed a shower. I was so weak she had to assist me and stay with me to make sure that I was safe. She never makes me feel like I’m bothering her when I ask for something. For example, I asked for body lotion. She came smiling into my room with some body lotion from her purse that smelled delicious. She spent time looking for a smaller nightgown. Everyone else said “oh we only have big ones." she is always friendly and charming and seems to be very happy. Now, your other assistances also do a good job, but Delfina makes me feel special. I want her employer to know that I really felt like she was giving me care above Standard, and I’m sure she makes all of her patients feel that way.

Our CNA Delfina goes above and beyond to be sure her patient is comfortable and always asks if there is anything she can get for him. Checks regularly on patient. Always smiling and friendly. Thanks Delfina.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
