I cannot stress enough how accurate the other reviews are when they say that the nurses are dismissive and uncaring. Just a few hours after my father was transferred there, he told me that the nurses were mistreating him. They ignore his requests (some as simple as closing the door when they walk out) and only started treating him better once I threatened to report the facility, which I will now be doing anyways. Every time they bring him food, it is ice cold. Some people may have an okay experience here, but I cant imagine that that is the norm. I do not recommend anyone check their loved one into this facility.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE bring their loved one here. Issue #1: She did not receive any physical therapy her first three days here nor was communicated with as to the reason for not receiving therapy. Her case worker finally came in on Monday, just to inform her that he and the rest of the team would be there on TUESDAY!! Issue #2: Some nurses did treat her well and we are thankful for that, but there was one night where my mother continually pressed the nurse call button and the person covering for my mom's nurse repeatedly answered and hung up. This went on for 20-30 minutes! Finally, my mother's nurse came in to ask if she needed anything and explained what happened. The nurse asked my mom to show her and sure enough when she pressed the call button the other nurse answered and hung up. Hopefully, disciplinary action was taken. Issue #3: most important and life-threatening. My mom had been on blood thinners that was causing a stomach ulcer to bleed. She began to feel sick and starting throwing up on Tuesday night at 7 pm...she continued to vomit blood all night long and all the nurses did was give her towels to keep vomiting into and was told they will wait to talk to the doctor in the morning. This was an EMERGENCY SITUATION that they did NOT discern!! My mom had to be the one to tell them to take her to the ER! Her blood pressure ended up being over 200! This could have ended horribly. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE bring their loved one here.

My mother is currently here at the facility. She's been here for two weeks and I must say that I'm very pleased at the staff and service. The nurses Fatuma and Roveita have been taking very good care of my mother and are very patient with her. I call them my "Favos" because my mother lights up when she sees them. I highly recommend Pure Health.

We as i mean me had a wonderful stay here all the staff was ever helpful in treating me even though I had a lot going on they made sure I got my medication on time. They are the most respectful of me. For that i lost my wallet in the Landry and two days later I got it back. So if your loves one need care and you cannot provide it. Come to pure health and they will put you mind at ease. Take it from me I was a patient with them. And I love the people there they treat you like family that cares ❤️. To all the steph at Texas health prespiratory, pure health hospital. I applaud you. Think you for having me.

My uncle has been here for a week after having surgery. I’m not impressed with the nursing staff. Very dismissive and uncaring. The room is filthy. I would not recommend this place.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
