We took in my 2 year old son on Valentines Day for a 4 inch long, deep cut on his leg. He required 5 stitches. The front desk staff were fine, the woman who helped me register our information was amazing. But I’m giving two stars because the stitches didn’t even hold for 24 hours. My husband had to request that the wound be cleaned. He made the comment to me that the nicest person was the young woman taking out the trash. The amount of junkies that we’re being entertained for painkillers was ridiculous. I know we can’t profile/judge but y’all. There was several sick children nearly vomiting in the waiting room while we had to wait on junkies to get their urine samples to the staff. Please prioritize people who are actually sick and needing y’all’s help.

Worst hospital i have ever been too waited in lobby for 2 hr with my daughter mind you was crying in pain while they where giving rooms to people who looked just fine to me since they where laughing and having a good time.2 hrs later get put in a bed to wait another 1hr just for freaking Tylenol and a prescription. I do not recommended this place horrible staff could care less for patients in pain. Update still the worst ER ever and don’t get me started with the discrimination if you not white you get treated like you don’t matter diagnosed my daughter with upper respiratory infection went to different er turned out to be the flu doesn’t seem like this place is getting any better still same staff still same way of not giving a crap Methodist Hospital you need to do better with who you hire as staff

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
