  I’d give them a zero if I could. Yep, it’s me, Tamara Kincy, the person who always tells it like it is and expects principles (for those of you who don’t know what that is…it’s morals, values, respect, integrity, honesty, fairness, being ethical, dignity), from people whether it be an individual or a business. I’ve contacted and left voice mail three times for Kelly, the admissions coordinator and have not received not one response. I’ve even went so far as to try and contact Amanda Cline the Adminstrator but I guess she’s too good for that menial work so she refers and leaves all that work to Kelly. Having said that…I wouldn’t leave my dog or cat, for that matter there. If you don’t get a response from someone after leaving three messages imagine what kind of laziness they have taking care of your loved ones, IF and that’s a BIG IF, they’re being cared for at all. I figured with this new building they would be PROUD to be a number one facility for Mabank and surrounding counties to bring their loved ones for the best care anywhere but it’s the same old Mabank nursing home disguised in a new building. So sad. I don’t understand why people can’t treat these human beings like they are THEIR OWN mother, THEIR OWN dad, THEIR OWN brother, THEIR OWN sister, THEIR OWN grandmother, THEIR OWN grandfather, THEIR OWN wife, THEIR OWN husband EVERY DANG DAY AND DON’T FORGET IT! AND IF YOU CAN’T OR DON’T WANT TO DO THAT GET OUT OF THIS BUSINESS. THIS JOB IS FOR PASSIONATE, CARING, EMPATHETIC PEOPLE WHO REALIZE THESE PEOPLE HATE BEING WHERE THEY ARE AND WOULD JUST LIKE YOU TO MAKE THEM FEEL SPECIAL AND THAT EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK BECAUSE YOU CARE AND YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE SURE THEY KNOW YOU CARE AND ARE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THEM THE WAY YOU’D LIKE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IF YOU WERE IN THEIR SHOES! AND REMEMBER, YOU YOURSELF MAY SOMEDAY BE ONE OF THEM! YOU DISGUST & DISAPPOINT ME MABANK NURSING HOME/REHABILITATION FACILITY! YOU REALLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES AND YOUR ENTIRE NURSING FACILITY. EVERYONE WHO OWNS OR RUNS THIS PLACE. BUT THEN AGAIN, PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND WHO YOU HAVE WORKING FOR YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT THOSE FEELINGS ARE AND UNFORTUNATELY NEVER WILL. IT’S JUST A JOB AND MONEY TO YOU! Just wait people…They’ll be good reviews galore now after this. All kinds of friends, friends of friends, etc will be coming out and writing reviews to help this business out trying to get out of the mess they’re in. You see people, I’m tell it like it is Tamara, I don’t care what you think about me. I’m here to advocate for you or your loved ones to make sure they get the love and care they deserve. I’ve been an advocate for my disabled ex-husband, my mom, my dad and now I’m going to make it my mission to be an advocate for those of you who don’t have one.
