It has almost been three months, and I am finally finding the courage to write this review. My dad was a resident here for two years, and I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place for him. The staff took excellent care of him and always kept me informed about his condition.

The nurses in Hall 100 were amazing. When his time was getting close, they shared stories about my dad with us, which meant more than words can express. Their kindness, love, and compassion brought us comfort during the hardest time of our lives.

I will forever be grateful to this facility and its staff for the loving and compassionate care they gave my dad.

Jennifer, Maricel, Tammy, trinity. Excellent they love their jobs and are customers advocates. Mis A C all on hall 300. Kelly Torres excellent service and compassion

Ms Candice is not a good nurse. Gives pain pills very late all my nights with her care were a disaster she does not belong in the nursing field. I told her I had a 9 in pain she said I only looked like 4 And did not give my pill. I do not trust her. One night I waited over one hour for my pain pill because she told the CNA to tell me she was doing reports and can not save them in the system until she was done. Them as my pill was due at 6:21 AM I walked to the nurse counter and because it was 6:10 she told me I has to wait for Jennifer that was c already late because her shift had finished and they first need to do reports first. Incredible!

Ashley, and Alex Powell excellent. The other Alex working nights is to loud and energetic. Caleb is careless.

I was here in 10/2024 and the service and the cleaning of the facilities was impeccable. Came back 11/2025 service and facilities had declines a lot in quality and compassion. Less personnel is taking a toll on the ones working extended hrs.

One time I told Caleb at the dining room that a man has playing with the trash can and his answer was. He will be fine

My father was sent to Rockport Nursing and Rehab for 20 days. I am so pleased with all of the help he had from this facility. At the hospital in Corpus, I was told it was a 1 star rehab. They were wrong. This place is fun! They always have some activity for the patients to enjoy and family’s can enjoy with their loved one. The nursing staff is very attentive. I worked with Jenny the most and she was so honest with me, helping me to understand everything. My father really enjoyed his PT trainers. Each one was a joy because he always came back with a smile. The food was good. The CNA that ran the people who gave baths, was always willing to help out. Even for my father’s roommate. If my father ever needs rehab again. This is the place. Hands Down! Thank you Rockport Nursing and Renab staff. I appreciate all of you and the help and understanding you gave us.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
