i just got done, no kidding, asking for two days for a mucinex and last time i was changed a big tall woman of color came in, asked me what i needed and left never to be seen again, until i called my daughter to call them and tell them what happened and she was pissed but she brutally changed me. i have PLS and every joint in my body hurts but she wouldn’t stop hurting me no matter how much i tried, she be left me sitting on a bare mattress with no shorts , sheets or pillows. and she left the huge pile of soiled clothes and sheets laying on the floor in the middle of the room. i have never been treated like that by any cna before, she basically throws your food at you and is the rudest laziest cna i have ever seen she’s even rude to my family. . i can’t fit my chair into any bathroom here they are so small and have to wear briefs because of it. i hate to be irate irate but they just fired a cna who actually does her job. social services is non existent and i am thinking the business office most the nurses and half the cna’s deserve a pat on the back.. they carry the burden of this place and do everyone else’s job

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
