  I got here right after surgery and was in a lot of pain and they took vary good care of me. The staff made it feel like I was a a part of the family.

  My friend just moved in two days ago and said that he is already having issues. He said that when he pushes the button to get assistance, it takes a half hour or more before a staff member shows up. He said that was typical so far. I am going to give him a monitoring device to record the time it takes to get a staff member to help him with anything. I will document the wait times for future reference and post them here in case it is useful for anyone else to see.<br>When you think about it, a staff member should respond within a minute or two even if it is just to tell him it will be xx minutes before they can help him.

  The staff is friendly and caring. The only thing is they could use more help in the late shift. Residents do have lots of activities.
