My wife had very good care and attention while she was at Eastview. The personal touch by everyone showed a high level of professional expertise and personal interest in her care. I was informed of changes in her status in person and by phone as the situations developed. The staff was very helpful and attentive to her needs. I recommend the facilty with no reservations and high regard.

Horrible place for your loved one, they will let them sit in soiled clothes, my father was admitted to rehab and the covid unit was set up on this unit where residents wandered from room to room, my father contacted covid ( of course) the nurse would call daily to let me know how he was while placed in the covid bubble, the day before he passed I was called and told he was doing good but sleeping alot like everyone that has covid and 2 hours later I get a phone call from the next shift nurse saying call your family he's actively dieing, I truly believe they aren't given their medication properly and that contributed to his death and he probably gave up after sitting in soiled pants for periods of time, I would not put my worst enemy in this place.

I have stayed at three skilled nursing facilities and eastview is the only one I highly recommend. The staff is competent, caring and friendly. The facility is clean and attractively<br>decorated.

Our mom has been at Eastview several times, until it led up to her being a full time resident in Gardenview. The staff are absolutely beautiful at Eastview and Gardenview. They truly care. Many years ago I worked there as a CNA myself. It's a lot of hard work. I feel sad and disappointed when I read a negative remark about this facility. All nursing homes, care centers, hospitals all over the country are short staffed. This creates an atmosphere as if staff don't care. It's further from the truth. It's impossible to be in 2 or 3 places at a time. Our mother has allows been treated well. Staff see to her needs every day. They do the job they do, not for the glory of the job, but because they love their job. I am at the facility visiting a few times a week. I see how hard staff work. I would recommend Eastview and Gardenview, to anyone. Thank you staff, volunteers, library staff, drivers, and the list goes on. It takes a village.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
