THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS!!!! I came and visited my grandmother and she was bitten by bed bugs. I ask multiple staff and they all said it was bed bugs and they showed me their body parts bitten. I asked why they didn’t communicate with the visitors. They told me the managers never told them. They just start seeing them in RESIDENTS BEDS!!!! They have had them since September of this year and they had a dog come out but they only treated one room. THIS IS A HUMANE AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!!!! Now I have to go back home which is 6 hours away and I’m bitten up and I can’t to itching. Once I made it home and got in the shower my husband start itching. I’m reporting this to state and I’m showing my personal information and pictures.

Home outside of home, it’s a family/community. Management really cares about their employees. The staff really cares about their residents. They are a shoulder to lean on and a back bone for resident and staffing. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
