Very clean when I visited my friend there, her room very clean, bathroom for very clean, handicapped bathroom equipped, nice walk-in shower. She is able to wheel her self up to the sink to wash her face, brush her teeth, big mirror so she can see herself brush her hair. Staff is very great and helpful and respectful. I would recommend to anyone if they need this type of service for family member or self

It was during the pandemic there were no activities there were no Rehab Services other than in a room that I was put in for a little over two weeks with nothing to do or contact with anybody and I did not have any covid I do want you to take it to consideration the confusion of the pandemic at that time it may be a better place and deserves a second chance but that would be downright scary the staff are very uncooperative also

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data β the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting β
