  This is the worst place to be my mother in-law and my my grand daughter is her great grandma was in there and they let her get sick when she should have been in hospital when she first got sick now she is really bad and won't make it thanks to you people and I will make sure people know about you guys you people need to have respect for older people cause you people just let her lay there when she would ask for blankets and people don't bring her belongings back like there suppose to I know you people have picks but just remember how would you like it if you were in a place like that and got treated like that. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Keep your loved ones home and love.

  The staff here are very lazy! Your family member will stay in bed 95% of the day!! They don't encourage them to get up!! They are all about the money . They don't support the family into getting them back in the real world and will make their condition look worse then what it is just so they can get the money. My family member lost weight because they don't encourage him to eat properly. He eats alone in his room. He's depressed and should be home with his family who can care for him and has the degree's to do it. Unfortunately he will die there I wouldn't recommend this place there are so many better ones. Keep your loved ones home with family where they are loved and cared for. There are agency's that can insist you in caring for your family and they can stay home where they are loved and cared for.

  My sister was just recently admitted there by her daughter. I called there the other day to speak with my sister who has Alzheimer's and asked her how she was liking the nursing home, she said; "this isn't a nursing home." Then she asked the staff "is this a nursing home?" They answered her, and said "no"; then they recanted and said: "well, part of it is."<br>She started crying so they took the phone from her and then told me I couldn't talk to her anymore because I was upsetting her. She most likely was crying because she realized they have been lying to her about where she is. Whatever the reason; they would not let me finish talking to her. The staff member who took the phone from her and butted into our conversation was not very kind or understanding. I expected more from a facillity that charges over $8,000+ per month. Our other sister tried to call there as well and the staff told her, that she wasn't family and wouldn't let her talk to her either. Imagine that.

  Mom has been here for 2 weeks. This is my first experience with nursing home care so I have nothing to compare, but my experience with these folks has been nothing less than "Great!". I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to place one of their family members in a higher care facility.

  My father is in rehab in this facility. I am very impressed with the personal care, The size of the rooms, the good food, and very kind care my father has been getting. I find staff to be very attentive and very easy to talk to. I would recommend this facility.
