I thought Sauk county health care center was bad,but it is s king compared to this outdated nursing home. You have to share a room, the first night supper was not appropriate for my husband S he needs bite sized and thicken. He was brought a sandwich and potato chips and his stuff from the hospital was left in a Uber van. There are no guard rails on the. Bed and the bed looksike they are old ay beds. I am going to take my husband out of there as soon as possible. To begin with I don't drive and I can't get there and my husband received no med at supper or bed. You should only get a l star for your terrible facility
