Staff very helpful and friendly. Place looks a little run down. The halls can use some air freshners smelled like pee in some areas. Other than that a great experience.

Nice staff, visit with my uncle room 106. Don Moore. His room is really nice & private. Seems to be doing a little better than at hospital

They may have changed names, but that is all. This place should be shut down. My mother almost died in there and she was only there 10 days. She laid for over an hour with no undergarments or pants on. She had a bedsore and they put her undergarments and pants on with no bandage. The food, if that is what you want to call it, is not edible. The room was filthy, feces, mold. Very dishonest, conniving people that work there, especially the head woman. Very argumentative. Had my mother stayed in there she would have surely died. When we started calling them out on their horrible actions and giving medications that they weren't supposed to be giving, they threatened us. We were told by a nurse that they don't check the medications in the cart, if it is in there they just give the meds out. Absolutely horrible treatment and horrible workers there. If you truly care about your loved one, do not and I repeat, DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE. Changing the name is not going to help, it is still a despicable place. We have contacted the state on this establishment. I was forced to give one star, they deserve -100 stars. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
