I went to Tamarck Urgent Care on a Saturday and I had a great experience. I had a thumb injury earlier in the week and it wasn't getting better. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The doctor came in right away looked at mr hand ondered an x-ray, which was done the in the room. The doctor fixed my thumb, called a prescription and I was on my way. Every one very friendly and knowledgeable, from the intake staff, the nurses, the x-ray tech and the doctor. The next time something happens, I know where I'm going.

Went in for ear infection that had lasted 2 months, doctor put stuff very far down my ear was very painful. Gave me antibiotics to take. misdiagnosed my fungal infection as a bacterial infection so antibiotics made it even worse. Then got a $500 bill in the mail because they just decided to not use the insurance card I gave them. Called got it resolved and still a $350 bill for an ear infection. I bought anti fungal ear drops for $8 on Amazon and fixed my problem in less than 3 days.

Even on a busy night in the ER the staff here made it feel like we were the only ones in there. Caring, patient and professional. No one wants to visit an ER however the staff here make it a lot easier to do. Thank you all for what you did for us tonight.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY PREGNANCY CONCERNS. THEY DO NOT CARE. WE’VE HEARD THINGS BUT DIDN'T BELIEVE THEM UNTIL NOW. HIGH RISK PREGNANCY, ABDOMINAL PAIN & BLEEDING, WIFE WAS SENT HOME AS SHE WAS HAVING A PANIC ATTACK OVER HER CONCERNS, THEY DID NOTHING. UNPROFESSIONAL AND INHUMANE.
