I fell in love with a lot of people<br>I spent time with the older residents and fell in love with them<br>I became stronger and was taught how to better care for myself with their support.<br>The activities were phenomenal and really enjoyed working with Stephanie and Samantha.<br>Learned a lot about the Northwoods with the older residents.<br>Heaven, Shelly, Erica, and Jordan. Great Nurses<br>To the Administration: Thank you for always listening to my concerns, I know I was a bit much at times. Thats not going to ever change.<br>Physical Therapy: My girlfriend warned me the struggle i was going to have in Physical Therapy, boy was she for real. We started off on the wrong foot. we went round and round. My (Favorite) Uncle is a resident at Nu Roc for the last year and a half. My family could not ask for a better place for him to live. Their team is like family. We've never heard a disagreement or foul language from any staff member. The food is presented neatly, and it always looks and smells delicious. (Never had a food complaint from my uncle.) The building and grounds are kept up very well. Neat, clean and groomed well. It's a quiet place. There's no outside noise. NuRoc is surrounded by trees.<br>Our questions are always answered in a timely fashion, and they are patient with us as discussions arise. He has good mental health care, general health, and physical therapy care also. He is well groomed each time we see him. The staff is warm and loving to him and we know that he feels this is another part of his family. We feel fortunate to have our uncle residing at Nu Roc.

My step-mom stayed at NuRoc for several years being cared for with Parkinsons. The nurses and social service were so very helpful as I lived in California. They helped me with phone calls and setting up FaceTime visits. Moments Hospice was so very thoughtful and kind with my mom. I would highly recommend them. I gave 4 stars only because I never was actually on campus for visits. I can say what I saw during FaceTime with my step-mom, showed a clean lovely environment. I am grateful for their care.

This is team provides excellent and very thorough care of their patients and families. I establish appreciate their attention to detail and fast response to patient and/or family requests. Their patients and families are their number one priority! They care for you like your family. Every time I visit, I see and witness improvements in the care they provide and the home-like environment they create! They truly provide the best care in upper Northern Wisconsin!
