  The staff here screams at there patients and tells them to "do it yourself" when needing help in the bathroom. They take forever when you push the help button. What's the point in having the staff at all?

  Fairview has made some noteable improvements since I last visited it appears that things are improving while they could use a bit more improvement it could use remodeling to bring things up to newer standards and rumor has it that they are going to do this so for folks on the limb here with reviews service has improved a small bit but could be better. It appears that this is going to be specifically rehab now it seems while I can't say for sure so for short stays not too bad but word has it more improvement is on the way in the near future so keep an eye out if they follow through on this. All rehabs and nursing homes should have more activities to improve the Quality of Life for all patients I hope that these places start to see Quality of Life during rehab or in a nursing home should be the first and foremost objective and if they get this right the profit will come. It takes a special kind of person to care about Quality of Life but if we search inside and really ask the questions that need to be asked does it really take a special kind of person or just simply the ability to put what is truly important over the motive of profit? I'd hate to think that we need government intervention or a parent like figure to force us to do what is the obvious thing to do here! As humans we all need interaction it improves our chances and our odds of getting through things not just interaction in the form of medicine but interactions from peers or people in the facility not paid by it.
