Staff was very unfriendly and uncaring. "Lost" my dad twice! He took several falls in his 4 days there. Blood was left on him and the furniture until we asked that it be cleaned up. Took forever to get a response when pushing the help button and then we saw staff standing around talking when nobody showed up to help. We were told many conflicting stories about what was happening. He ended up with aspirating pneumonia and severely dehydrated-we pulled him out and had him hospitalized. Thank god we were there every day with him to see what was going on. I worry about the people that don't have loved ones watching over them there!

I am currently running a book drive through our non profit organization and Linden Grove Mukwonago generously donated a bunch of books to help support us! We are so grateful to have them in our community. ❤️

Negative stars would be a preferred choice. Understaffed, unsafe place for anyone. Social worker and Director do nothing to make positive change. Humans deserve better. Do not allow anyone you care for to end up here.

We love volunteering here. Julie and her team are always so wonderful and all of the residents are so fun to paint with and play bingo with.

My Mom has been a resident in Linden Court for the past year & a half. She is VERY well taken care of. I have a fantastic relationship with all the aides, Tammy the nurse, hospice nurses, & Dana the Social Worker. They all take care of her like she was their Mom. I can’t say enough about everyone here & their care & compassion they have for all the residents. My Mom is very happy here & I have peace of mind knowing she is in excellent care.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
