  I am not going to go into specific details or specifics for reasons. I will say... when you have a family or friend in crisis they appoint someone trusted to advocate on their behalf when there is a sense of urgency and response time is crucial. Calls and messages to the head administrator go on ignore with no return responses or follow up from the administrator or accountable staff. Healing environment, treatment, medication, quality of care is life changing and could be detrimental. I have read some low reviews and agree with some of these standards need much improvement. Totally not impressed with this facility. Beautiful building but I did read.... don't be fooled by the outward appearance... All of these mission statements to lure people in need to be upheld. Not just printed words.

  Mom was just accepted in & staff was friendly & patient . Made her feel at home & me comfortable with her being there. Really nice nurses & front desk reception!!! Also clean professional and beautiful building. Cozy rooms!! :)

  The building is beautiful so far. I stopped by to visit a friend and check-in was easy on Friday. Aliyah at the front desk was friendly and professional (and made a good coffee). The therapy department when I went past looked very nice. Overall a really positive experience. Happy New Year!

  I just needed to stay there for two weeks for rehab after a back injury that I was hospitalized for. I also had to get dialysis while I was there. They Are absolutely wonderful. I had a very good experience there with both the nursing care and dialysis. The staff was all very friendly and helpful in the dialysis girls were extremely knowledgeable and did a Great job. I only have one complaint and it is the same complaint. Everybody pretty much has and that is that the food is absolutely terrible.. There is no excuse for hoe un appetizing it is. This is the center that takes great care of everything they do. The facilities are absolutely beautiful. This place is huge and everywhere that I was and it was a very clean. I just don’t understand why someplace that is as nice as this place would have bad food.. It certainly shouldn’t stop anybody from going there now because clearly your care is more important and it is well worth it. I highly recommend this facility.
