My brother is there temporary so his wonds can heal. The bandages are to be changed twice a day. He is lucky to get it done once a day.. They said he is 1 assist. At home he can do it himself. He has had to wait so long after pushing the call light, that wet himself a few times. They clean up his privet, not bothering to change the bandage on the wound. OMG. How is he going to get better when the wound is left like this. Don't say you can do wond cares 2x daily if you can't. I don't get paid if I don't do my job, so why should any of you?

This place is a short-term care facility for patients going from a hospital setting into a long-term care facility ... Friendly staff and workers ... Place is clean and offers things like laundry for the patients which makes it easier on their families to not have to keep taking soiled clothes home to wash & bring back .

My mother is in this place as we speak, and it is horrible to see how they treat people, leaving my mom sit outside her door for hours in a wheelchair, leaving her wait to go the bathroom till she doesn't have to anyone, overdose her on her medication to the point she has to be rushed to the hospital, rehabilitation is a joke, I could keep going on and on, this place really needs to be investigated.

My boyfriend had multiple strokes. After his hospital stay, he came to Omro Care Center. The staff are kind and patient. They all made us feel very comfortable and worked hard setting up his plan for recovery. They answered all my questions and made me feel a real part of his recovery. The staff is top notch and I couldn't have been happier with their care. If you need a place for short or long term care, this is the place you want to be. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can’t Thank you all enough for being so caring and compassionate to my Mom who is currently a resident at this facility. My entire family is very happy with the cares being given during her rehabilitation stay. Omro has very caring staff and a wonderful therapy department. she also really enjoys all the activities that keeps her busy while here, especially the music entertainment.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
