  This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not come back here. I will be going home tomorrow to never return Most of the nurses , CNA and aids are caring and helpful. The place is a ice box no heat in here even after new system installed. I still need a sheet and 4 blankets to be warm.

  The staff are very caring and focus on meeting the individual needs for their residents. Many activities and programs are available, especially now that Covid restrictions have lapsed. I have a relative in Park Manor staff has been so kind and thorough in assisting us through this process. And now Park Manor will also have an assisted living facility- so they will be able to help assist more residents who need help!

  This place cares only about money what’s best for person is beyond their scope of caring!!! Don’t do it there’s more out there that is so much better don’t settle!!!

  Cathy was deaf and had cerebral palsy when we visited her she would tell us like she fell out of her recliner 3 times when asked of these incidents were told not true! When she wanted to come back to Milwaukee to be with family staff and social workers would not let her even though she had never been found incompetent to make her own decisions. Who gave them the right to make decisions for her contrary to her wants and family ready to take her in to care for her! I can never forgive the lies they told or the way they kept her from being with her family who loved her! I hope they think of her how depressed and unhappy she was and the pain she suffered without being taken back to hospital to get it under control. I believe this led to her death and you should all remember this was on you! And your staff! RIP Cathy Miller we tried to get you home but God helped you when the odds and people decided your choice means nothing!
