I had to remove my mother because they were understaffed and she was treated badly by a staff member. I would not recommend this facility.

Everyone there tried to make my stay more enjoyable from the kitchen staff that would do extra things for me social worker and the manager they were there always there for me the activities director very good in your job. Everybody really tried to make my stay very satisfied. OT And PT were very good Laundry and cleaning lady were very good going the extra mile

Thank you to the entire team for the care given to my sister during her recent stay at your facility!!!<br>After being turning down by several locations in our area Heritage Health Service took her in. She got the services needed and was able to return back to apartment within a short period of time...which was her goal. Everyone was cheerfully, friendly and most importantly helpful.
