  Eric and the staff have always been pleasant. They have a great facility and seem to really care about their residents.

  This facility is a dive. Dirty, beds unmade all hours of the day. We had heard people could be there 2 to 3 weeks and never get a shower found it hard to believe. Well believe it recently had a loved one there and it is even worse than people describe. Food is cold and yuck is the only way to describe it, though be grateful if they give you some, because they can forget to feed you seen it happen. Had to go to the kitchen to get our family member food while the staff was filling their faces at the tables with the patients, making sure they were getting their fill, while the patients just hoped that they will get fed. Staff spends their day either playing with their dogs or they have their children running behind them, or you see them in an empty room on their phones. Even for the short time our family member was there it was obvious that the patients are an inconvenience to the facility.<br>Water is something you have to beg for literally no joke everyone is too "busy" to assist you long enough to get a glass of water. Then many employees there that do not speak English so communication is difficult. They have a person come see you at the hospital and promise you that it is wonderful and an amazing place to be (fell for that one), maybe that person should be a patient there for 24 hours before she parades around saying how wonderful it is. I am sure like the other reviews I will be told to contact the Administrator to discuss my concerns, a waste of time there, he is immature and unprofessional. Have heard conversations between him and the female staff quite inappropriate the way he talks to females. Then his behavior in the community with the woman who says the place is wonderful makes you lose all faith in his ability to do anything. This home is located in a small community and news travels fast and it is not a good reputation any longer. The place was painted and new furniture but the care of the patients is not a top priority or any priority really. Sad to think that this place has been in the community for as many years as it has been and do to poor leadership it has turned into a place you should avoid. Thank goodness we were able to get our family member out and moved to a much better place. Do not settle we beg of you do your research your loved one deserves it.

  Phones aren't working. I've tried many times this morning and can't get through to a person or even an answering machine.

  Horrible place food was horrible. My father was there for rehab and it was just the worst ever had to wait to get anyone to answer call button and the horrible smell. Just not what we expected.
