My mom was at this place and would not recommend at all. Most of the nursing staff was rude and did not want to do there jobs at all. It took for every for someone to come and help her when she would ring the buzzer. They did not change her dressing on her right leg when they should have and when they did it was not done properly at all. Let's get to the biggest problem was when they were on charting her food in take properly at all and giving her to much diebic insulin and she became unresponsive and almost went in to a diebic coma because of there mistake and about killed her. What kind of place is this that they can not be trusted. To top everything off since she has been there they are now sending out a bill for payment but the bill does not say what it is for or when it was from. I honestly feel the State needs to be brought in on this place. How many other people are being treated this way or have died because they just don't care. They are supposed to be there to help not make things worse.

I was a little worried reading some of the other reviews the night before my mother was brought here for rehab. She is being treated with care and kindness while holding onto dignity. Thank you all

The business office Manager Shannon Skar is extremely rude. She is very Kurt and will disconnect a call without notice as if you are a waste of her time. She Definitely should not be in that role at that facility.

My dad was brought here from another nursing facility for rehab after a foot injury. They work with him 6 days a week. He is farther after one week than where he had been. It took him awhile to get used to the different nurses and CNA's but he did like the food and he found other men to sit with at supper. He eventually got a room mate. Yes he complained about occupational therapy being a waste of time but it is primarily because he didn't understand its purpose. He had been sitting around for 2 1/2 months immobile from breaking his foot and he is elderly so he had gotten used to care others gave him in place of care he could do himself. Having had parents in and out of several of the local nursing homes, and having had several issues at other homes this was a good thing for my dad. The goal for us has always been to go home and they work with us on that goal.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
