I am 22, I was there for rehab! Rehab staff were very kind especially the PT! There were morning staff that were very kind and understanding of my underlying conditions as well as my disability. The social worker there is phenomenal. He really does his job. Well, there are some stuff that are not very nice and not understanding especially some of the night staff. I was not wiped well, even though they claimed they did I have a behavioral disorder and they yelled at me and were not very nice. I actually started to walk home or at least I tried to, but I don’t even live close to the place. Way too much gravy on food! It’s like they put gravy on everything! When they were given my They were Giving me way more carbs than I was even supposed to have:) The activities are fun and wonderful and all the other residents are so sweet! Unfortunately, I did experience watching from afar and hearing from afar some abuse that was going on! Verbal abuse to be exact. In addition, I also noticed that their staff that doesn’t let them choose their own clothing for the night time, especially and insist on them wearing a gown when all they wanna do is wear regular PJs. Overall, there are some really nice staff that make my day and some very not nice staff that made me talk to a social Worker.

My grandmother had a recent short stay here. In the 6 months she was a resident she was treated very kindly. She had dementia and she was difficult at time but the staff always treated her with dignity and respect. As a healthcare profession who works in long term care, I have to say that ALL the staff do a great job. From the ED, nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, dietary, social worker, and activities, they all were top notch. My family knew grandma was in good hands when we were not there. Thank you for all that you do and continue to do for your residents.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
