  During the month of December 2025, my Dad became a resident of Nazareth to receive daily Rehab services. All of the staff were kind, caring, helpful, and very welcoming. The nursing staff was very attentive and responsive to all of my Dad’s needs. The PT, OT, SPL, transportation, laundry, and activities services were all fantastic! They really took the time to get to know my Dad’s likes/dislikes and many staff members built caring relationship with my Dad. Our family’s experience with Nazareth House and Rehab Center was wonderful!

  Our family cannot say enough good things about Nazareth Health and Rehab. After my mom’s injury, we went through eight different facilities; many of which left her feeling anxious and neglected. When we finally found Nazareth, everything changed. From day one, we could feel the difference. The staff treated my mom with genuine compassion, dignity, and respect. She was no longer just another patient, she was truly cared for. Rose, Sue, Julie, Miriam, and Dennis each played such an important role in my mom’s care. They went above and beyond in ways that often go unseen, showing love and patience in the thankless but oh-so-important work of caring for those who can no longer care for themselves. They sat with her, visited with her, and treated her as if she were family. Nazareth was an answer to prayer for our family. The care, communication, and kindness we experienced here brought peace and comfort during my mom’s final months. We are forever grateful to the entire Nazareth team for the way they loved and cared for her.
