My aunt has been a patient here many times. I live out of state so when she tells me that she is going there again for rehab, I feel at ease. I know she will get the best of care. She calls it home away from home. I would highly recommend Alta Mesa Health and Rehabilitation . It is an excellent facility.

The staff is very kind and they listen to any concerns I have. The majority of the CNAs are professional and attentive. Some of the CNAs that go above and beyond are: Shure, Cecil, Jona, Trisha, and Angela. In general the nurses that I have contact with do a good job taking care of my partner and listen to any concerns I may have. The food is good and served hot every day and the facility is clean

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
