Excellent in every way but the food.

The staff at Mission Palms have been extremely kind and supportive to our family while my father has been staying there. He is suffering from a few medical issues, but the staff has taken him to his appointments, supported him with physical therapy, and kept our family updated as he recovers. We appreciate the kindness of everyone who works there so much and they have made this difficult time much easier for us.

Do not bring your loved ones here. I have a lot of negative things to say about the care. Also half of my mom's things didn't return with her. She was calling me constantly crying or complaining about the nurse's.

I had the pleasure of visiting my wife who's a nurse at Mission Palms here numerous times and I'm constantly impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of the facility the staff are not only caring and compassionate but also generally kind and dedicated to providing top-notch care My wife's dedication to the residents is inspiring and it's clear they adore her. I see first-hand how she interacts with the residents and they absolutely love her the residents faces light up when she's around and it's wonderful to see the care and compassion she shows them I've also had a chance to meet the Director and The DON and ADON and all the supervisors the maintenance team I must say they're all Rock Stars the professional dedicated and truly invested in making sure the residents are will care for it's clear this is a team effort and everyone plays a vital role in making this facility shine I feel confident that any family member Would be well looked after here it's truly the best place to entrust with loved ones

If i could do 0, i would. The place was dirty (curtains, bathrooms, showers etc) and food was atrocious. The staff meant well but extremely under staffed. So laid there for over an hour in dirty diapers most of the time. Men changing women's diapers etc Lot's of vulgar language from staff at night in halls. Lot's of patients calling out for help or just companionship. Patient's roaming into other patients rooms One night they had a patient get out of the building and was lost. The place was a mess

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
