Springdale Post acute is a excellent place for rehabilitation. I suffered a heart attack and was in the hospital for a month and lost most of my mobility and the nursing staff and especially the physical therapy department got me back on my feet again! Shout out to the entire staff!!!πππ

My experience started at the hospital when the liaison from Springdale, Kyle, came and answered all my questions about the facility and gave me an overview of what to expect. Everything he said turned out to be true as I had a great experience with all the staff. The food was excellent and the people were friendly and attentive. The service is tailored to my needs and the staff delivered on every promise. Overall great experience, best skilled nursing around

The staff is very nice and nurses appear to care but they allowed my mother's blood sugar to drop below 50 causing her to lose consciousness and then delayed calling 911 because "they could perform the care needed". My mother ended up being transferred to Gilbert Mercy because she also had a severe UTI (that was my only tested for after we asked them to) and a failing kidney that was not caught or cared for during her time there. I would be very hesitant to send a loved one there that needs more care than just physical therapy. Would have been 4 star because the staff was nice and seemed to care but the delay in calling 911 once my mother was unconscious lowered rating to 2 stars.

Springdale is under new ownership and it shows in a wonderful way. Management was incredibly responsive. Wait times when the button was pressed was usually under 5 minutes. Care was top notch. Rehab was well tailored to each individual. My mom had a medical event while there, and the staff responded very fast and very professionally. I felt 100% comfortable with her care. Private rooms are a huge bonus as well. Food was very good and made to meet the patients needs. The Nursing Director, Nick, was so helpful and responsive. Other management, Sara, Robert, Loreli, Kyle, and Josh were top notch. I wish I remembered all the nurses, physical therapist's, and CNA's names, however they were all so attentive, professional, and quality employees. Definitely recommend!

I recently came to visit my aunt on Christmas who is a long term care patient. When I came in, their receptionist was so happy and friendly. She even knew exactly who my aunt was and room without even looking it up! When I came into my auntβs room it was private spacious, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The facility feels warm and invitingβ itβs not all grey and white and modern and cold like most hospitals. The nurses who came into the room were caring and attentive. But my favorite part was while I was there the building administrator came in with his family and their dog to wish her and all the residents Merry Christmas! I couldnβt believe that he would bring his whole family to spend time with patients and brighten their holiday! I know itβs always a daunting task to find a loved one a place for long or short term care, but I will be suggesting Springdale as the first place to look!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data β the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
