I had the pleasure of visiting Mountain View Manor today, and I have to say I was really touched by the kindness and warmth of the staff. Cameron and Becca were both so sweet and took their time showing me around and answering all my questions. You can tell they truly care about the residents and the future of this community. Even though the building is older, it’s very clean, and you can see they’re in the process of remodeling and bringing new life into the place. I could feel the effort and heart they’re putting into rebuilding and making it a beautiful, comfortable home for their residents. It’s a hidden gem with so much potential — I left feeling hopeful and encouraged to see all the positive changes happening at Mountain View Manor! 🌿💛

I was very I impressed with seeing this facility get a beautiful makeover. Fresh paint and many upgrades. As an essential worker it’s so nice to see this facility in particular take on a new look as I have had such a good rapport with the staff.

My father was there here for 3 weeks after his visit in the hospital - this was a horrible stay. Mountain View manor has some of the worst staff me and my husband have ever been around. Everyday i went in to visit with my father he would be soaked in his own urine with his help light on for hours. When speaking to staff about this (BECCA Social services) we received the most unprofessional, nasty attitude from this woman. Avoid her if you can. I was informed she’s not even a social worker, a former CNA that had been working there prior to. The way the staff even talks about her shows she’s horrible with everyone in that building. No knowledge of her position I’ve already reported it to the board of nursing. If you have a loved one who is forced to go here, check on them daily. Avoid social services your best bet is to talk to REBECCA the director of nursing if you can catch her or if she has time for you that day.

My husband needed some assisted nursing and physical therapy - one day his foley (tube that runs from the bladder to a bag. *Bag according to Mayo Clinic should be emptied four times a day with output measured) wasn't changed and ran all over the floor. Getting a clean up was like pulling teeth. In addition, he was put on a special high protein diet when released from the hospital in Phoenix. Never, on any level of care, including his specific diet, were his drs orders followed, never! Some of the staff are beautiful, helpful people who try hard, but when we spoke to the social worker (actually asked for her help and guidance) she behaved very unprofessionally and refused to lift a finger to help us move my husband to a more appropriate place. In fact, she was really, really nasty. Avoid this woman at all costs. I don't know if Mountain View Manor is understaffed, but this institution looked like a place where the poor house their aged and infirmed. Very sad and worn out facility. Finally, when we actually packed up and left, we requested all documents that had been created during my husband's stay (personal information, care logs - what was done when, X-rays or MRI, Dr.s notes on progress, discharge papers). We were refused copies of any documentation, which quite frankly, is against the law and HIPPA regulations.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
