We were planning to send our mom here. We had all of her medical records sent to this facility. Star in admissions received the information, and, after numerous phone calls and emails to her, she never responded. So, in a desperate situation, we had to send our mother to Florida to a skilled nursing facility. This place must not need any business. To clarify, we don't have any experience with their level of care, just the administration/customer service.

My husband and our family chose Haven after his hospital visit. We are very pleased with the team. All the nurses are very caring especially Edinah, and Damon’n brightens my husband’s stay. Ron and the PT team are amazing too! More later when I get the names of the other teams names that we want to recognize.

My dad was in Haven Health for 3 days and we took him out. That is the worse place to take your loved one for any kind of care. We took his medication with him and they did not give him his meds, he came home with the same amount that he went with. He had cuts on his arm and the bandage was covered with blood and they didn’t change it, there was blood all over his sheet and it was never changed. He would push the call button and they never came to his room. Most of the staff was rude and ignored everything we said to them. I would never take him back there again. If you don’t like your job or can’t do it then maybe you should pick a different line of work. I hate to think about all the patience’s that don’t have family members to come check on them.

The nursing staff here are very friendly and kind.

We arranged for a musician to perform for the residents some time ago, and the experience was very positive. The facility appeared well organized, clean, and welcoming. The activities program also stood out as engaging and thoughtfully planned. Overall, a great impression of Haven Health of Scottsdale.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
