  He tenido la oportunidad de visitar muchos lugares donde llevar a mi madre , pero en casi todas las ocasiones he salido con un nudo en la garganta...por muchas razones que he podido percibir al entrar a esos hogares donde cuidan a nuestros seres querido y no me han dado esa confianza para dejarla allí.<br>Pero Rosemead ha sido un lugar donde he podido ver el cuido, la amabilidad, el profesionalismo, el trato , la empatia , el deseo de hacer la diferencia..... agradezco mucho a Dios por haber encontrado ese lugar que tanto busque . Gracias a todo el personal por cuidar a esas personas que hoy necesitan amor, cuido y protección.....muchas gracias

  Amazing facility with a dedicated team! The admin is incredibly hands-on and truly leads by example. You can tell there’s a strong commitment to patient care from the top down. The social workers and staff go above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported, respected, and comfortable.   Wonderful place to bring a loved one for short term. Staff is friendly and attentive along with management that actually cares. Place is newly renovated and doesn’t smell like urine everywhere.

  Two pair of eyeglasses got lost, 3 new pretty fabric embroidered gowns, one warm throw blanket with sherpa on the back, a new pajama, 2 red warm sweaters. I was assured by the director that the items will be replaced. Someone called me later at home and said that some items were ordered and I'll receive them in 2 weeks. Almost a month later I send them an email telling them that I haven't receive anything and today, what they send us doesn't compare at all what my sister had. What we got: 3 ugly thin gowns and a thin sweater. (Ill donate this to someone) Nothing related to the eyeglasses that she lost and I was assured by them that they will provide monetary compensation for one pair of eyeglasses.<br>Items dissappear even if I documented some of them with pictures and with the owner's name.<br>They told my sister to use the pamper to defecate and took way toooo looong to wait for someone to clean her after telling them many times.<br>I could write more but now I'll just say that too bad I didn't read the reviews before.

  Sandra and Beverly (social workers) both were very patient, professional and kind with my grandfather and family. My grandfather speaks highly about Sandra and most of the staff.
