I am a relative of B. Lin in room 19. I want to commend the staff of the facility, especially the Asian nurse who checks her temperature, blood sugar, and blood pressure every day and delivers her medication. She is meticulous and patient. I also want to thank Jorge G and Saulo P, who change her diapers daily, especially Linda, the nurse on duty in the morning, the rehabilitation and physiotherapy team, a tall, thin, and very polite administrator, Kitty from the nursing team who is attentive to patients, and Viola Carreon, who is kind and loving to all patients. I have personally witnessed the work of all these staff members. They provide warm and patient care to patients. I am very grateful to the facility for the warmth and love it brings to its residents, ensuring they receive excellent care.<br>Thank you so much!

The facility is clean and quite new relatively. The staffs are mostly friendly. Most CNA treat the residents as their family members ( with their heart). The environment is happy and healthy. The nurses are nice when dealing with issuing patients. The physical therapists are doing their job decently and timely. However the quality of the meal needs improvement. One of the factors to make residents strong is the residents’ meal. The residents need nutritious meal daily to become strong and healthy. I really like the happiness and friendly environment of this facility.

My mom has been in this facility for three months. The first two weeks,I experienced negligence and lack of communication and poor staff procedures. after bringing it up to the directors attention, communication and issues have been resolved. I highly suggest that you stay on top of your loved ones care and speak up immediately when issue arise.

I must say, I have spent over a year staying in this facility as a resident. I have to say that the care and services offered here were very well met. The physical therapy staff here got me to walk again and the nursing staff ensured that my therapy was encouraged and safe. The activities director and her staff were always on top of things. All concerns were dealt with. The care here was unsurpassed. Thumbs up to the staff.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
