Wonderful facility. It is always clean when you come in. No foul odors or smells. Housekeeping is always cleaning. The bathrooms are always clean. Staff is always friendly when you come in. Therapy team is the best. The care is great. Nurses are good.

Grand terrace health care center is an amazing facility. I appreciate the compassion and care this facility provides the patients. Nadia the social worker has been fantastic on keeping the family’s updated with care plans and discharges when ready to go back home. The whole team is amazing from administration to the CNA’s. If you’re looking for a facility that’s caring and compassionate look no further grand terrace is perfect place for your loved ones. Hope this review helps you 🙏

My wife almost died there, until Hospice came in and discovered she was over medicated. Nurses were great , but PT was very rough with her.
