My grandpa went here and they took terrible care of him so I would not recommend to take anyone here I believe that this place should be shut down there was a dirty needle on the ground and he left with to many infections they almost killed my grandpa and his oxygen was deadly low we had to call the police to take him because he was in such bad condition

I wrote a review just the other day after coming to Copper Ridge rehabilitation center and I have even more to say about River Valley health care. First off I've been having physical therapy here for only 2 days now and there is no way River Valley can compare to this place. I was the only one in the therapy room at River Valley with hardly any equipment to use for rebilitati on. Copper Ridge on the other hand had all kinds of equipment for us to strengthen our bodies and actually get reabilitated. The goal here is to get better and leave but I feel River Valleys goal was to keep their beds full. How sad is that? Oh and the shirt river valley kept of mine and I had to repeatedly call and ask for Copper Ridge has washed and returned to me. Pretty simple stuff you know. This place even checks on us without our asking. I was charged for things I never got at River Valley. Over $1,000 for speech therapy when I was in there for having a vein replaced in my leg. Not a stroke for God's sake. Anyway I hope people read this before they check their Mom or family member in there. I haven't talked to ANYONE yet who has said River Valley was the great place to go

I can not say enough good things about River Valley Care Center. They take extremely good care of all their residents. All the staff members there are very caring, kind, compassionate and professional. They always take time to answer any questions you may have about the care they give your loves ones. It is a blessing to have them in the community.

I wanted to pass along my families gratitude to your facility. My mother is resident and every time we come in the facility is clean, and most staff are friendly and greets us. Especially the front office woman. My mother is always clean, hair brush, and clothes changed. I really appreciate the time the CNAs take to make sure my mother is as comfortable as possible, my mother seems very comfortable and content with all of them. Every staff on my mother’s unit has been nothing, but helpful and kind. The administration has always help us with any questions and communication has been great above and beyond. I really appreciate and thankful for River Valley taking such good care of my mother. My mother was first placed in another facility before this one and we could not wait to get her out, she was always crying and upset. Once we were accepted and she got to River Valley she has had many happy days and loves her CNA’s. It was a very difficult decision for us to place her in a facility, but so blessed to have her in a caring and clean facility . Thank you to all your staff at River Valley.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
