So my brother Bruce Robert was there for about a week. I thought the care that he got was beyond what I expected the service there was unbelievable. Everybody was nice and the people that were actually staying there somewhere nice. The two gentleman that was in my brother’s room they were completely nice. They were helpful on both sides. The people in the front office went beyond their duty to make sure everything was in order when I walked in the door that they were having to be in the hallway, they said Miss Roberts how are you doing today? That really made me feel good about knowing that I’m in a good place for my brother. They just hired a new social worker in the back which I thought she was beyond the capability that she pulled off while we were there was unbelievable. I just wish I had her at the other place where we came from because we got less from them for an outcome that had to make my brother go back to the hospital because we were not ready at home. They made sure that we were ready here at the house before he came home today which I thought was really good and I would definitely recommend this place to other people that need a helping hand because the staff there is really good end of the kitchen. Staff and I work for a kitchen was beyond in the rehabilitation center they needed a lot more equipment in there, but I talked to him about it and it was just gonna be a lot of red tape that they’re gonna need to get a little bit better on things that they can do but the equipment that they currently have right now my brother was able to walk 37 feet holding onto a handrail with their assistant, which was unbelievable so they really wouldn’t be on and beyond to help people out that’s there and I thank you guys for doing this

I am currently a resident here and the staff, nurses and CNAs work hand in hand together. Housekeeping and maintenance is on top of things. The kitchen workers and Bobby provide great tasting and quality food. Since the new administrator and team has taken over I’ve seen many improvements and he is really good.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
