Great place

My review, is strictly for the part of the hospital my son is in. That being said, My son seems very happy with the place as happy as you can be, I guess going from a very active attractive mid 30's man who is now paralyzed from the neck down from a flue shot that gave him the worst kind of Gullian Barre Sydrome. Being very vulnerable with this diagnosis, it is crucial to have a great team helping your son and from all of my visits he is being cared for very well by the whole floor he is on. His nurses go above and beyond with him, helping him with all his medical needs and non medical needs as well. Like arranging his things in his room to just talking to him when he is down. Even the people who deliver his food. Helping with his drinks in his bottle with ice and soda. Even extra desserts. He is going on his 6th year there and we have had issues with somethings as everyone would expect from overworked bad sead nurses that at times were unbelievably cruel at times The staff took care of it but, I felt she should have been fired and she continues to work there still and I have herd her torment my son while we were on the phone. She would go past his room and hit it hard enough for me to hear it and say his last name in counts of 3. It makes me so mad and helpless when that happens. She is gone now but I'm sure that others will come and go just like her. Just remain vigilant and report them and even try to record their abuse. I hope this helps.

I was impressed with the care that my father received at Madison Grove. I appreciated all the nurses, staff, doctors, and other health professionals that treated my dad with compassion. He was not able to do anything for himself and he was treated with dignity and kindness. I'm especially grateful for Julie that went out of her way to make sure she understood my family's needs and what she could do to make my dad comfortable. Every time we came to visit, the nurses and health workers greeted us with a smile and always asked if there was anything they could get us. They knew that it wasn't just my father going through the most difficult time in his life. It was a comfort to know that when we were not there with him, that he would be in good hands.

Horrible place. Rude staff, don't get medications on time (sometimes hours late), personal items come up missing. Go elsewhere, believe me.

My family would like to thank Madison Grove /Andrea and others for taking good care of my 96 year old mother. The staff was exceptional, nice and attentive. Although I must say as well the rooms/restrooms, linens need to be updated. Again the staff was wonderful!!! Again, Thank you all

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
