Best Skilled nursing home in the Bay Area! The staff is amazing, my Mom was there during Covid for approx 6-8 weeks, again Dec 2025 for 4 weeks.
Place is well maintained, clean and efficient staff.
Will always recommend the facility to anyone.
Keep up the amazing work.

I spent approximately six weeks in San Bruno skilled nursing facility, majority of employees were very nice, however I have diabetes and I was able to keep it under control before my visit, they have their own kitchen facilities there but they don’t seem to be able to or want to accommodate diabetic patients.
The food is ok at best but it is in no way safe or suitable for diabetics, rice, pasta and breaded meats are served way too much for a diabetic, some meals all of the three courses of a meal were rice, pasta with a breaded meat of some kind.
I got sick in there, short of breath , fatigue and feeling down my diabetic numbers shot through the roof there, very high 300 plus multiple times might have hit the four hundreds on an occasion or so, they keep giving me insulin for this and now that I’ve been home for about five weeks or so theses conditions seem to be lingering on and my diabetes numbers are off the charts while I am eating healthy , healthier than I eat before I went in there. Don’t know where this is going to take me but what I’m hearing so far is that my diet will more than likely be more restrictive than it was before I went in there.
For this reason I would not advise this place to anyone especially for diabetics.

My mom was there for about a month, she is very happy with all the staff and personal. She never expected to have a good relationship with everyone 😊

My wife stayed in this facility over a month; I'd like to thank everyone, I mean everyone working in this facility. It would be unfair to name just one department here since my wife was assisted by all departments at one time or another. Everyone was very caring and available for my wife when needed, they all work very hard to make sure the patients are comfortable and attended to.
The only thing I would like for the facility to do, is to add a recreation room so the patients could really enjoy the variety of activities that are provided for them; it's a great service, and it makes it difficult for the organizers when the activity is performed outdoors and the weather changes suddenly and the patients have to all be moved inside the facility hallways to complete the entertainment provided. Please build a recreation room for the very much needed activities like bingo, music, socializing, etc...
I recommend this facility; if you or a loved one ever need caring for this is the right place to go.
Thank you all!

I stay here now and the staff take good care of me. They are very nice and caring. Always asking me if I need help, even when I just want company. Sometimes they sit and chat with me while I watch TV, or help me get to bed without rushing. They are sweet people. It feels good to be cared for like this.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
