I was just released from Arroyo Vista after a full knee replacement. At first I was a little nervous of going to a nursing care facility but I was even more nervous going home after this major surgery. I was fully impressed right away. There were no smells to make me uncomfortable. Every single staff member were unusually kind, patient, mild, caring, extremely loving group of people. The admitting staff the social workers the floor nurses, the therapist, activity directors, cleaning staff are all an assist to this facility. The food was really good. I received 3 meals a day that was 3 to 4 courses. I never got the same meal twice. It was a nice variety of menu choices. Every patient was treated like family even calling me Mama. One very difficult patient used very bad language daily but he was always treated with respect and dignity. This group of people are amazing!! If I ever need to come back to a nursing facility I would not hesitate to come back to Arroyo Vista. I might even be a little excited to come back Thank you so much for making my recovery a good experience 💗

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
