  I am very happy to say that I have had overall a good experience although it could use a little bit more of a team effort by that I mean look after each other. If someone is out then try to help so there is a quicker way of helping us as patient in their needs and if you're going to take longer because you have one and one or whatever the case may be let them know so that they're not wondering when you're coming back and pressing the call button. I am so proud of all the nurses, therapist, doctors, maintenance, recreation, housekeeping and kitchen stuff for their work and keeping the place running. May you all continue doing the best and if you could improve to do the extra mile do so it will reflect on you all in the years to come. Once again thank you for your service greatly appreciate it Sara Munguia.

  I highly recommend this place for those who need physical therapy and nursing care...The staff here are very attentive and helpful they treat their patients with the utmost respect and courtesy...most of all it is a very clean environment which was a plus for my wife 😂... The Therapists are awesome... I gave it 5 stars 🤩😍 Update: My wife was at this facility and she was treated so well by everyone there...they loved her she met new friends she was so happy being there... Unfortunately she was taken to Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista she was in ICU due to COVID and then 5 days after we made a painful decision to let her go to hospice after COVID and She passed away peacefully surrounded by her children Norma Héctor And Michael and Myself Her Husband Jose by her side...I would love to thank You for taking such Good Care of My Wife... One of your staff members made a courtesy call to us I believe his name was Dallen he wanted to see if my wife was doing much better and I had to give him the terrible news 🥺.. he wanted to know when the services will be and I explained to him that my son was making all the arrangements and that I would let him know... I highly recommend it here for anyone looking for a good facility for Physical Therapy... Thank You All So Much...🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜
