Terrible. Only the physical therapy department and one CNA were good. I give Miguel my CNA 💯 stars. Most of the CNA were terrible especially the night shift that partied and laughed at patients. Most of them don't speak English and I had to help and advocate for two of my roommates. They are way under staffed and it took 10 day to get my medications right. The first 3 days there was no medication available for me and I was a seziure patient! It took ranting and raving to get it right. Being a former nurse myself I knew what was complete neglect. I left early because it literally an insane asylum!

Moving my family member here long term was not an easy decision. Touring facilities in the South Bay and came to the consensus that this place was by far better than the other places we have toured. Initially we picked the place due to its cleanliness. But I will say I am glad that not only is this facility clean, but the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my loved one in law feels comfortable. My grandma has been here for a few months now. I am surprised at the fact that she has transitioned so well. I have visited her during her physical therapy sessions, and that department is making progress with her. I have talked to some of the staff in the rehab department and the way they have tailored and customized her therapy makes me believe they really do care about her as a patient. She is complaining less of pain and doesn’t use her cane as much anymore. Another thing I am pleased with is, my grandma is a picky eater, and she has not once complained about the food. 10/10 care + staff :)

I would like to thank everyone at this facility for taking care of my grandfather during his recovery. As someone who works in healthcare, I am hesitant and protective of where my loved ones go. I was given a tour and was surprised at how clean the facility was. Walking through I felt safe to have my grandfather recover in this facility. During my visitations, I can see how eager he was to go to activities and go to physical therapy. My grandfather is a very guarded person and for me to see him interact with staff and other patients really warmed my heart and made me feel like he was in good hands. Staff was constantly reassuring me and updating me whenever I had worries. My family is very content and satisfied with the care he received at this facility.

If I could give it a -10, I would. I came here following my right hip surgery, straight from Torrance Memorial Hospital. I am a pretty active 70-year-old, and I’ve worked in behavioral health for many years. Do not bring your people here I swear, I thought I was in a lockdown mental health facility, because that’s what it was like. People wander the hallways in a diaper and one sock and you don’t have a private room. You have to share a room, and of course, the one woman I know had dementia and no I am not a geriatric psychologist, but I know the symptoms of dementia, and she had another “ gentlemen caller/boyfriend” who was there as well and he would enter the room that I was sharing in the middle of the night. I’m sure it was all consensual, but hey, don’t do that next to me and no matter how much you push the button for THE NURSE to come to get the guy to get out of there. I guess they were too busy to respond, and I am not making these things up because I kept a journal. Yes I kept a journal to keep myself calm, so when I would reread it in a years time, I could just laugh at the goings on.<br>Don’t ask me about the food, please. I ended up eating a fruit plate three times a day because that was the only thing that I could have, I don’t eat chicken. I don’t eat pork, and I don’t eat mystery meat. No, thank you so I would often order out, they even bothered to tell me that my food had arrived so that I could get into a wheelchair and wheel myself over there to pick it up? Because they sure weren’t going to deliver it to me. And the front desk were such control freaks. I had to arrange my own transportation to go for my after surgery visit with Access, and they told me that I couldn’t go. They even told me that if I left, I couldn’t come back, lol well, maybe they work on other people but useless threats don’t work on me, it was the absolute worst experience. And I sure didn’t think 20 minutes of rehab. Every other day was enough. I basically had to rehab myself, and I am still rehabbing myself, this place was absolutely worthless so if you have Medicare, this is what you’re going to get if you come here do your research people. Because they’ll let you stay at the hospital for a couple of days, but then when you go home if you have a husband or someone to take care of you, but I did not so I had to go to this facility they would not let me return home, so I did come home and I still could not walk up and down steps yet, and I had to use my walker for at least three months after my surgery. I’m all recovered now, thank God, I had an excellent surgeon and excellent healthcare, but this rehab facility was the worst. And I have all my journal notes to prove it. I even woke up in the middle of the night and took photographs of that guy coming into my room at night. Is this what you want? I don’t think I’ll post the photo though. You can find me on Google and if you want it, message me I’ll send it over to you, I am so glad I kept journal, notes, religiously, every day.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
