Client was transported here, and we occasionally share Bible study for spiritual encouragement and support.

For over two decades, my mother Beverly Hooks lived there and was thoroughly knowledgeable about her surroundings, and she maintained a warm relationship with the staff members, who admired her greatly. When she passed away last November on her 73rd birthday, the staff members were deeply saddened, just as we were, and both staff and patients paid their respects at her funeral.

I highly recommend Harbor. We had a wonderful experience there. The building is beautiful place and spacious. The staff was amazing and so helpful as I navigated through an unexpected situation. They were always there when I called to ask questions. I highly recommend them!

Horrible place, they never took good care of my diabetic more who was on dialysis. Many times they forgot to give her medication. Many times we would have to remind them and they were rude to answer. The food does not meet any nutritional needs. Hotdogs, grilled cheese and white rice is Horrible for a diabetic on dialysis. They would use towels to dry the floors and not pick up the towels. My mother was on oxygen and a walker and never took her to the bathroom and it caused her life. She fell in the bathroom because there was a towel on the floor and had an open fracture that caused her death. I tried to get her discharged and they said no. This is a horrible place that I would never recommend to anyone. This place should be shut down.

Staffs are very rude. And restrooms are very dirty. Even doesn’t have seat cover and papers to dry hands.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
