Welp! Yeah, so I was sent there for rehab and had some great staff and care but then, the not so ok...I also was at their other rehab center and it was really bad and traumatic... Some of the people at Central Park were great!!! Be assertive, and be smart and you must advocate for your selves always!!! I had a woman I shared a room with but I can't remember her last name...she's African American, grew up in Syracuse her name is Gloria, a sis that's a nurse at a hospital and she's 72ish. We were there last March together...I'd like to catch with her and how she's doing now if anyone can help...Peace, love and light!

Started out ok but went down hill fast, didn't follow up with receiving equipment to live on my own like I was told can't get any help now that I'm out wish it was a better experience just would like more help

My brother would have died there if we didn't visit and see how sick he was. His catheter was neglected and he had a very bad infection. Not what he needed on top of recovering from surgery.
- Craig Foland ★★★★★ August 31, 2025
Staff was very polite, conversational , and helpful.
- Sandi Gerber ★☆☆☆☆ August 22, 2025
This place needs to be shut down, they don't talk to family about anything and employees just play on their phones, service is bad period, my care taker at home is filing a lawsuit against this place

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
