4 people at the front desk and just look past you so they don’t have to get up and let you out. Same trying to get in. Worse thing about coming to visit a loved one. Not just once or twice-it’s every single time. If you call, no one ever answers. Many times my dad has needed changed from vomit on his shirt or the bed smelling from the urine. A few months ago I Asked 3 times for help because he kept saying he needed to use the bathroom-everyone kept saying I’ll send someone. No one ever came, so he pooped his pants and it went in the floor. The poor janitor girl had to clean it up. Should’ve been the nurses that wouldn’t come help. I felt very bad for her. Mostly they treat him good and he’s happy. They just need to have some kind of system so visitors came come and go more easily than waiting 10-20 mins each visit standing at the door

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place needs to be shut down. The hospital sent my mother there for rehab and she had a illostomy bag. Well they never ordered the right supplies they was always out of something for the bag weather it was glue or the waffle the bag would always bust on her they would never come in and empty it. They told her to place a towel over it and she would wait for hours before someone would come in to help change it. While she would be waiting they would bring her lunch to eat while sitting with a towel on her stomach and she's suppose to eat with shit on her covered up with a towel that is just straight up disgusting and unsanitary. One of the nurses wants to argue with her got up in her face and screamed at her. Mind u my mom was not old she was only 56. so she recorded the nurse with her cell phone. But see once 1 nurse sees thats how they do things by being mean to the residents they all start following in that 1nurse foot steps. My mother would always get uti while she was there cause they wouldn't come to put a bed pan down so she could pee and with my mom being the age she was she said they told her to pee in her diaper and she refused to do that so she would call them when she felt the need to pee but they wouldn't come. This place is nasty they don't clean the rooms. If u don't want ur loved one to live in filth I suggest u not let them stay here.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
