Do not go there. The call lights were broken the bathrooms had mold on t he floor they lock the doors and do not let you out side even though it surround by cement wall. I cried when i first got there. A roommate stole my credit card i had to call the police and was told that it wasnt good for them. It was a new epsode every day. Then they were going to let me go when i couldnt walk so i made a fuss and applied for medicate. They were going to through me at first then they wont let me go. They werent going to let me go home on the day i was told. I had to be discharge by doctor thank goodness he came along when i was making a fuss about not going home. Then they never submitted a bill to medicate unstead they billed me over 1 000 dollars. I was there for rehab.. My next door neighbor warned me that it was awful when i came. The only reason i went back to see her now that she passed on i will never step foot in that hell hole.

Mom was at Woodside for rehab following a fall broke part of her pelvis. The day staff was pretty good and Mom was close to leaving.
If someone is considering this place beware of the night staff. I feel like they don't care. One night Mom was not given her call button and had to use the restroom. She called out verbally for help but was left to soil herself and the bed having to lay in it until morning.
The second incident she was being assisted to the bathroom with a belt around her. She stumbled and fell to both knees not being caught by the assistant. Two days later at the hospital, she was diagnosed with two broken legs.
I share this to communicate our loss of confidence in Woodside Rehab.

I had my 90 year old mother at Woodside for about a month. She is still recovering from several fractures. It is an excellent place! Myself or my wife were there every day but one so we observed it in person the whole time she was there. I am taking her there for outpatient therapy as it is excellent. I have had PT and OT myself at several places, several times. I will go there myself if there is a next time for me. The staff is professional and they do not share information about their patients to people that are not allowed the information, even relatives! The Rehab Social Worker was awesome. A huge help like all the rest of the staff even the cleaning folks. I had many meals there with my mother and the food was decent.

Unfortunately you have to give a star. My mother was in for therapy after brain surgery for a malignant tumor. She had an event after going to sleep one night and they called us. When we got there we could either take her to the hospital ourselves or wait for an ambulance which would take about an hour. Of course we took her. Apparently ambulances at the nursing home aren’t the propaganda they want to share.

Mom passed and we actually got a call from their collection agency for a $25 haircut they gave her even after they were told “no haircut” after surgery. They asked if she had an estate. Hopefully these people receive the same treatment when they need it in their lives.

Despicable humans run this place.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
