Stay away from this facility at all costs. I am writing this review, hoping that this will save the life and preserve the quality of life that your loved ones deserve. This facility will say they are capable of taking care of your loved one when they are not able to, even though they will claim that they have the staff and the means to look after your loved one the way they deserve, they fail. Instead of providing constant care, my loved one was neglected at this facility which, ultimately, led to an excruciating death. If this facility claims they have staff to care for your loved one, they should be able to do just that. Instead, my loved one is no longer here, and I feel like if they were at a different facility, they still would be; if you are reading this review, find a different place and do not give them the ability to be neglectful to the person you love.

These photos are misleading. My husband's bedroom in rehab / skilled nursing is half the size and crowded with his medical equipment. He can hardly turn his wheel chair around. The dapper gentleman in the jacket was photographed in Seasons, the wonderful dining room for people in independent living. (The food is gourmet and the setting artful.) That's NOT where residents in skilled nursing eat. They get completely different food. One thing I can say about their dining room, the fecal and urine smells from my husband's room and hallway don't seem to drift where people are eating. It breaks my heart that my husband has to live here.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
